At Kinetic Keepsakes, we specialise in a delightful range of personalised gifts, including our popular magnetic keepsakes and gift cards. Our products are designed to celebrate special moments and create lasting memories.

Personalising your order is easy! Simply select the product(s) you'd like, the quantity, and begin the uploading process of your photos. Our user-friendly interface will guide you through the process.

The better the quality; the better the print! It's recommended to avoid dark or low-light photos, as the mylar film applied over the photo can reduce the brightness. Bright and bubbly photos work amazingly, or even black and white.

Only if you choose to say yes! We take privacy very seriously and have implemented a 'Social Media Permission' checkbox when you order. You are well within your right to say no (which is default for Kinetic Keepsakes) to social media sharing. 

If you would like to see your order being made on social media, please include your Instagram handle in the order comments for us to tag you! 

Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, personalised gifts are processed within two business days, and shipping times will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Standard shipping within Australia is $7.00. For orders over $60.00, we have free standard shipping within Australia. If you would like to receive your personalised keepsakes in the quickest timeframe possible, you can upgrade to express shipping for $12.00. 

For any orders that require international shipping, please contact us for a personalised quote. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes! We offer gift cards that allow recipients to choose their perfect keepsake. This is a great option for those who want to give a thoughtful gift but are unsure of what to select.
